How to Post a Safety Advisory
Learn how to post a safety advisory for community events like fun runs, processions, and festivals — collect safety phone numbers and share them on social media.
Community events — fun runs, processions, festivals, cleanup drives — bring crowds together. Ugnay.ph lets you post a safety advisory to collect emergency and safety phone numbers (medical tent, event security, organizer contacts) in one place and share them as a ready-made image.
Post a safety advisory for your city
If a large gathering is coming up — a fun run, procession, festival, cleanup drive, or any event that draws crowds — you can post a safety advisory on Ugnay.ph so your community knows the safety numbers to call.
Tap 'Post Safety Advisory' from the More page. You'll select your city first, then fill in the advisory details.
You need a free account to post an advisory. If you're not signed in, you'll be prompted to sign in first.
Fill in the advisory details
Give your advisory a short, clear title (e.g., 'QC Fun Run 2026' or 'Nazareno Procession — Quiapo'). Set the date, venue, scope, and how long the advisory should stay visible.
You can add a description with key safety details, external links (registration page, official announcement), and search for existing hotlines to attach — or add new safety numbers manually.
What you will see
Advisory goes live
Your safety advisory is published immediately on the city page after you submit it. Anyone in the city can see it and start adding safety numbers.
The advisory appears in the broadcast banner at the top of the city page, showing the event title, date, and confirmation count.
What you will see
Share the advisory link so others can confirm it — more confirmations help it stand out as a verified community posting.
Add safety phone numbers
Once your advisory is live, anyone with an account can add safety phone numbers. Search existing hotlines from the directory to attach them, or add new numbers manually — like the event medical tent, security team, organizer contact, or nearest hospital.
Each number shows a trust badge: blue for LGU Verified (added by area managers) and gray for Community (added by regular users). This helps people judge reliability at a glance.
What you will see
You can add up to 10 numbers per day across all broadcasts. Numbers appear immediately so people can start calling right away.
