Ugnay.ph helps you find the right emergency hotline in under 5 seconds. Whether you need police, fire, medical, disaster response, utilities, or government contacts — this guide walks you through the quickest way to get help.

1

Open Ugnay.ph

Visit ugnay.ph in any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. If you've installed it as an app (PWA), tap the Ugnay.ph icon on your home screen.

The homepage shows national hotlines (911, Red Cross 143, PNP 117) and a city selector to find local numbers.

For the fastest access during emergencies, install Ugnay.ph as an app. It loads instantly even on slow connections.

2

Select your city

Ugnay.ph tries to auto-detect your city using your device's location. If it gets it right, you're already on your city's directory page.

If not, tap the city name at the top of the page to open the city picker. Search for your city or browse by region.

What you will see

Location access is optional. If you decline, simply pick your city manually from the list.

3

Tap an emergency category

Your city's directory shows six large, tappable category cards: Police, Fire, Medical, Disaster, Utilities, and Government.

Tap the one that matches your emergency. Each category is color-coded for instant recognition — even under stress.

4

Find the hotline you need

You'll see a list of hotline cards for your category. Each card shows the agency name, phone number in large monospace text, a trust badge, and action buttons.

National and regional hotlines appear first (pinned at the top), followed by city-specific numbers. Look for the blue 'LGU Verified' badge for the most trusted numbers.

5

Call with one tap

On mobile, tap the blue Call button to dial the number directly. Your phone's dialer opens immediately.

On desktop, tap Copy to copy the number to your clipboard, then paste it into your preferred calling app.

What you will see

The Call button uses a direct tel: link — it works even without an internet connection if the number is cached on your device.
