- 1. Open Ugnay.ph
Visit ugnay.ph in your browser or open the installed PWA from your home screen.
- 2. Select your city
Your city is auto-detected via location. If not, pick it from the city selector at the top of the page.
- 3. Tap an emergency category
Choose from six categories: Police, Fire, Medical, Disaster, Utilities, or Government.
- 4. Find the hotline you need
Browse the list of hotlines for your category. Each card shows the agency name, phone number, and trust badge.
- 5. Call with one tap
Tap the Call button to dial the number directly. On desktop, tap Copy to copy it to your clipboard.
